When we worked in Bush House, Eugene and I would regularly  come across a strange, well dressed, well spoken eccentric chap on the streets nearby.

He’d stand near St Bride’s Church or the Law Courts. He’d always have some wild new story, often accompanied with a typed set of leaflets illustrating this latest claim. I’ve just found one of them, it’s one of my favourites.

I am making no comment on what he actually says in this pamphlet.

I’ll scan it better soon.
